Oh... okay... But there wasnt even asmo/balaurs garnison. Just nothing... Its doesnt works like Lacum base. So u can just destroy enemy garnison and for few hours nobody can do nothing? So group of players can destroy all Ingison content by killing garnison npc every few hours?

I needed 3 rerolls for earrings on my first chest, i think you just were a little unlucky if you rerolled 5 times and got no gear but this happens.
Also the reroll cost is kinda cheap compared to other chests.

I only have game experience so far:
- Eso 1 ancient contract fragment (4 entries per week) (what is really nice as everyone can run this instance)
- Makarna HM 1 ancient contract fragment
- Ara infernalia EM 4 stigma ench fragments
- Beni NM 4 PVE leg fragments
- Shimiol instance 8 s shimiol fragments (4 entries now)
( I know most of them are endgame/fullgear instances, but I just didn't run the others)
from the other instances I didn't write down the exact infos, but it was better than 7.3
i lvled 1 char to 80 last thursday....i had full lisiel gear and extendable dumaha ofc, and iwent eso i couldnt solo it, mobs hit like trucks.
My advice for new players is if u decide to start in 7.5 farm mobs in ingisision for titan coins and buy the TITAN set at least, then move lakrum for accesories etc...
i did the mistake going lakrum in SIEL gear i went solo agro 1 garison in lakrum i died in 2 seconds :))) mobs hit hard as hell.
Then yesterday i started farming titan coin gear, it took me 2k mobs and i got boots shoulder gloves tunic pants all parts in 2k random mobs in ingi 
thanks for the info guys, I am still weighing up the 7.5 gains vs the losses especially in GF features and what is now doable to suit my play style; think i will wait for the full GF westernisation features to be implemented and relevant patch notes.

anyone gm or player can tell me at what lvl u recive the blue stigmas+gold one and from which npc/area?, for some weird reason they dont appear on the map, im 62 and i only got 3 green stigmas.
