the garnison needs to be owned by your faction, otherwise npcs wont spawn 😊
Oh... okay... But there wasnt even asmo/balaurs garnison. Just nothing... Its doesnt works like Lacum base. So u can just destroy enemy garnison and for few hours nobody can do nothing? So group of players can destroy all Ingison content by killing garnison npc every few hours?
