    yes I have encountered the same problem and other friends of mine have the same problem.

    I think the game support will have to do either a reset, or make us the items that during the bug period we couldn't get.

    Regarding the ended Promise Ring event:


    When event started GF stated that all promise rings will be deleted 18.6.2025 at the end of event:


    "The following items will be removed from the game at the end of the event:

    • [Event] Promise Ring Shard Bundle
    • [Event] Promise Ring Shards
    • [Event] Promise Ring
    • [Event] Ancient Promise Ring
    • [Event] Legendary Promise Ring
    • [Event] Ultimate Promise Ring
    • [Event] Shimmering Promise Ring"


    Last Friday they said the event will end on 17.6.2025:


    "Next week, the maintenance will take place on Tuesday 17.06, instead of the usual Wednesday. Due to the maintenance happening one day earlier, the events Promise ring and Stigma enchantment will also end one day earlier, on 17.06."


    and under today's (17.6.2025) maintenance thread they wrote:


    "[Ending]


    • [Promo] Stigma Enchantment: +30%
    • [Event] Promise Ring
      • NPC and Item deletion".


    After logging in today the event is over, but all rings are still in inventory, so I wonder if they will delete them tomorrow or they will remain and we can open them later.


    They often say that items will be removed from the game, but some item stay in inventory like golden protectorate coins.


    I really need a 100% true answer. I have plenty of rings unused, cause i couldn't sell enough stuff and don't have enough free slots to open all rings at once and opening XP rings for insignias at a later time would really be welcomed.

    Not the first time happening. Deleting items which are not listed. Sending you to the support. Support telling you bad luck, cant do anything about it even if it was their fault.


    Just stop deleting event items. Players got them by investing time afterall.
