This is just bug with the boss. The same case i had vs Nara's boss (before 7.0 patch). You need relog and all will be ok.

activate effects the boss has a circular aoe which onehits dont know the exact name but its smth with arrow just run out of it and after that back to the boss and youll be fine you just need a little of movement xD

I created an additional char. It also says 12 when I log in again. Correct so far. Then you go to create your 13th you can't. We don't see the free slot either. But I think I saw 13 on the first day. Did anything happened?

It's legendary and it's some Irunin (most likely I remember wrong) near the teleporter in Lakrum. Only available when you reach level 80 as Painter.

Why "unfair"? All others already have some good pve gear now (legendary at least, who play active), i would be unjust if the Painters had to have crap eq.
Btw, I have another question: What If Painter will buy skill card bundle? Do painters have any skill cards?

I have been thinking a lot about this, yes my gear is as good or better because I spent years playing my character on and off; but to be killed in PVP by a new character only a day after release is a bit much.; I realise am not an op chanter but even so I should be a lot better than a one day old painter!
