Other region had this event already multiple times.
EU never had it, so my guess we won't get it even we asked several times for it ages ago.

You could ask for this event as much as you want but it's a 7.x event

The probability to upgrade is lowered compared with first event. Probably because of stigma safe spot

Somewhere else in the event text it says you can only obtain these rates using this event stigma enchantment stones.
So from what I see, only the [event] stigma enchantment can give you this chance or be used? I'm unsure.
There is some event npc too, where you can exchange some item you get from shop
This item can be exchanged at event npc to either [rune] +9 stigma selection box or for 15 stigma enchantment stones. It seems to be one time (?) and for level 10+.

June 26, 2019 - July 24, 2019
No chance increased than outside the event, like in the previous events
+9 and +12 are safe spots, available only during event period.
This event was introduced because of +15 stigma effect patch

Galeas it's normal that localisation data-pak have so little size(60Mb)? other region have this localisation with 170Mb size. i speak about difference between your EU-data pak and RU-region data-pak.
at past this difference between languages was not more than 1-2 Mb.
I mean that may be there are mistake and you give us right now not full patch. may be GF need to check it before enable servers etc

Yes. GF and NCS removed a lot of files to clean up the client. Most stuff are not used since many patches.

What about this Event?
There is no clue about rewards/NPC to exchange coins what we get from website.
Go to the middle of Pandemonium/Sanctum for the NPC. You get 2 coins free from shop daily.
The only complaint i have is that the ancient contract is 11 types rather than 18 types while also being non selectable Galeas

I did x4 Holy Tower, solo, I stayed in same circle everytime, never reset it.

Idk what the hell is going on with my runs then, I spent 40 minutes trying to do it solo on my gladiator alt but the boss was constantly resetting even if I didn't use the same circle...

Question about Manastones 7.0 from Magic Craft
Can sm1 explain me what the difference between recipes for magic craft for manastones? I understand that from 1 recipe u can have 3 diff manastones + can be ancient, leg, or ulti random. BUT if you wanna buy it from npc there are 3 diff names and 3 diff prices (recipe for 100p, 200p and 300p) every single one is for same manastones but 3 diff names.
An example- <Design: Novice Manufacturer's Sharp Manastone> for phy att, mag att, eva, mag res, HP -100p -30stella
- <Design: Expert Manufacturer's Sharp Manastone>for (exactly the same whats up) -200p -50stella
- <Design: Talented Manufacturer's Sharp Manastone> for (exactly the same whats up) -300p -100stella
Every single one can proc to leg or ultima, so whats the difference? -
