Drop is the same in Dumaha and lakrum so yes it should. As you know the chance is low though.

Killed 1000 mobs in Lakrum. 2 leg pvp stones, Kaisiniel pot and 20 a minionite. Lakrum mobs die fast, 1hit, 1 kill but the fact 99% of them are empty (because they removed the crafting stones drop) is kinda depressing xD

Thing is, they remove everything that you work hard for really to feel rewarding. They made Slot machine luck more rewarding than actually work for something.
I remember when could grind before and kill mobs, still feel rewarded because sometimes gold item dropped, sometimes white items dropped you could sell, godstones, etc.
Same as pvp gear, it was more rewarding doing pvp, doing AP instances etc. and collecting certain amount of medals. None of that were really luck based. Since the gear you built did not need to be +15, that was just a bonus.
I dont exactly think anything we do in this game right now is that much of a "Hard work rewarded", but more likely totally RNG. It's like gaming with different skin of slot machines over and over. -

you have to actually help at siege time, and be inside/near the fortress while the dux is being killed.
