I renewed my subscription 3 days ago, I still couldn't play 1h without crashing, today I was not able to login. I can't even ask for a refund or my account gets banned

Galeas is shugo vending machine broken? I've bought some items, the coins got deducted but the items are not in my inventory, I did mass buying and got a message about the amount of things I was buying. For some reason it bought the items but I don't have them in my inventory.
EDIT: It is bugged, "you have selected more items than are available" and I got deducted again. Should I email support? I'm missing 600 Shugo gold + the items
that's nothing for forum or a community manager. Write a ticket to the support.
How's reporting a bug/helping others not making the same mistake a "thats nothing" for a forum or a community manager?

So, basically like everything else? Since every normal function everyone should have is a long-term goal for normal players
(or goal that is literally never reached until it becomes obsolite.)every goal can be achieved.. also by normal/casual players.
It can indeed, might take 10 years to do so.

Problem is that there’s no better mmo than aion, I tried all of them, I keep quiting aion and keep coming back. The content is so bad yet I haven’t seen a better combat system. What we need is a remake/remaster like archage but it will never happen because people keep spending 4K euros per event, why remake something that is making profit after 10 years? 🤦

I think they are going to fix the wording in the event info. Last meteorite event didn't have guaranteed drop in the instance but at least we had them in gold sand shop. Can we have that back Galeas you can even make drop rate 10% but at least bring hammers back to gold sand.

Why should I use shop in an event (the promo part is meant to be on top)? Also there are no hammers in shop.
are you new to the game? Did you play last week with the chocolate event? Is the promo part meant to be on top a joke? We are talking about aion here. Of course the promo part is meant to be on top. Just like chocolate event if you want good rewards you want to use the shop. This is an old event and we could buy hammers from the gold sand shop now we can’t. But I agree from their post it’s suppose to drop 1 hammer but don’t be naive to believe this event is targeting f2p players. This is a promo event.

Only minions have a chance to drop hammers, the boss should drop safe, no hammers in shop.

Galeas HT are not loading again, after 2pm server time they stopped loading. Also the kill 15 mobs quest in Dumaha seems to be solo quest, I'm in a group and we killed several mobs and I'm only at 3/15 (probably my individual mob kills)
