Aion is not a casino. RNG rare rewards can and should be more spread out, never consecutive, it's all in the source code.
Yea rolling a dice has 6 outcomes, so the probability of gettinmg a 6 is 1/6 - meaning the probability of not getting a 6 is 5/6. If you now multiply 5/6 by itself 200 times (5/6 ^200) you get an abyssmally small probability, but it is still greater than zero. Meaning that it is possible to get 200 rolls without a six. And you need to consider that 1/6 is a big chance (16,66666666...%) - the chance of getting a leg form is 0,1% at best.
It would be a great help however, if we could get official drop rates for any gatcha type stuff from GF - so that we can at least calculate the probability of getting a specific reward
A roulette wheel that stops at zero twice in a row should have more probability than two legendary contracts in a row.
If that did happen in a casino everyone would say, cheat owner is fixing it with magnets!!
Why should we have to put up with it happening often in Aion with theoretically much much greater odds?

Between 12.48 and 12.49pm today the same player got x2 legendary contracts in succession, (I have screenshot) if that is RNG then it is broken.
what is the strange thing here ? Yesterday i got 2 leg contract too and open it one after one and show it in one minute. I can open one now and other after 30 min or all togheter in 1 min, contracts are in my inventory. For what RNG you are talking ?

Ah well you must be the only player who stores Leggy contracts without opening them, not saying you are wrong but it wouldn't hurt NCSoft to investigate why some get so many and others so few. RNG is not god, it is regulated by rates and many other factors. What if one of them isn't working as it should be?

I used to travel around Europe investigating abnormalities in computer behavior and it turned out one client's server was being effected by a close airport radar, just an example where non intended things can happen.
Not saying that is happening here but even stranger things can happen, always worth investigation starting at the code itself.

according to this they will inform us once we are not allowed to do so anymore/the restriction is in place again. so for me that means: you are good to go and create characters as you wish, atleast painters.

Aion's RNG is not really random, have you noticed i.e if you open a bundle (not necesarily this one) at the same time as someone else in your group and you both get the same? When it happens a couple times it can be coincidence, but then it's MOST of the times, there is something else at play. Just like how enchants/socketing is affected also by a system that scores items on a per-demand basis (like most wanted manastones) and how many players obtained it within a certain time frame.. it's not exactly 100% random mechanics.
So let's say.. when you think your next bundle open/enchant/socketing RNG is gonna be generated when you actually "request" it, you are wrong, it has already been pre-generated and recycled after x time.

How can u make a case that you didnt get anything if u still have over 700 dummonds to open...rly thats intelectually and moraly decieving, this can only come from a person who has personal agenda wich in this case is pretty clear to me.
on top of that how can u make a case when u have at least 700 chances more than most of the population? his not playing this game alone u know, other people are not just pixel, there is a actual person behind the screens.
