No, price is the same, 1 ult/3 leg coupons per altar, resets at 9:00. Sometimes it reset randomly and you can buy the coupons multiple times , dunno why, dunno how.
Doesn't always reset at 9am, at least not the cd of the goodies.
The resets overall are random.
Everytime I have tried buying (the Shugo has to respawn, thats the real problem) next day after 9:00 Shugo's limit was reseted.
Upgraded today 4 ancient items to +15 with purely ancient stones. Made them all +5 with ancients also and got them to +11/12 today quite easily. It's just rng and some of you got unlucky.

The problem is up to +15 - yes i saw this in my main. I bought new pvp earring and tried do +15. +10 easy mode but +15 ... only one i had this in +14.
I see my Roll Dice during loot from World Bosses. I did this many, many. From over 10000+ items i got only 3: minon A contract and 2x box ulti manastone.

I think the design has been altered to specifically make YOU have low rolls, does that sounds more reasonable than a system that is rng for everyone?
well this is interesting. i just found a couple of mobs (of different types) that have guaranteed drop. they drop at least an magic crystal, sometimes white gear, sometimes multiple magic crystals and malleability stones, sometimes minionite, one time stigma ench stone. soooo i guess that drop chance is not quite evenly spread throughout all the mobs

We're durin event, u can get from it potions that recover 8k+ hp / 7k+ mp but it has 3min cd?dont remember. Sometimes they also put 20% potions from shop to events.

There is usually no compensation for such things. As hard as it might gebe to hear there won't be a compensation for everything that happens in the game. We already offered plenty of compensation for many many cases, but not in this one. Pls keep on reporting and the situation will be investigated again.
You might not be aware but identifying the issue for such things is really really difficult and is not something we can fix on our side. Otherwise the issue wouldn't exist anymore.
Why did shugo not appear on the altars today? Did you change it?
If not, tell me how shugo works. Sometimes appears at 8a.m., sometimes 10a.m., 12a.m. etc. etc... It's stupid that we need camp for shugo cuz he can spawn at any time.
Yesterday, shugos did't appear too. (before 2 p.m.)
