i see as result of legendary pvp morph the ultimate pve stone morph and yes for ultimate pvp stone nothing changed, so the recipe are bugged , probably GF are not happy if they dont implement some bug for every maintence
I checked the recipes and they are working as intended. There was no change to the morphdesigns for the Ultimate Enchantmentstones.

The loca is broken, but the morphdesigns are working like intended.
Check the known issues list:
Morph recipes: Some of the Enchantment Morph Recipes don’t have the correct name. This is only a translation issue. The Recipes show s the item you will get.
Or did I miss something?

That bug already exists since they implemented the recipes and you‘ll still get PvP stones from morphing PvP stones.
The morphdesign names were mixed up from the beginning how do you just notice this now?
The reduce of materials for pvp ultimate stone wasnt in the plan?
no....they just reduces the malleability and fragments for legendary stones. they didn't touch nothing on ultimate stuff.
Also nothing on the special morph crystal....
i think this change is the best way. 2 days ago legendary stone costs 10 fragments and it was really inadequate with current situation for items-for-broke on brocker or if you will create them yourself(price is much more than 10kk per one legendary pvp stone).
right now the price is about 5kk for legendary pvp stone - wow! it's cool! i'm seriously - it's really good step from GF to community.
so, enjoy this and stop slack.
