I need to know if I have to delete a character now, as it takes 7 days, so there isn't much time for that (9 days left). I'm sure there are more in this situation and they might want to play or test the new class on their existing account, and not 7 days later, after the 7.0 release.

Earlier you could create the new character as soon as the other is in the deletion process.
I think that has changed at some point, but if one of your characters is on a different server it should still work. (For example, if 1 character is on server 1 and 10 are on server 2. Delete one of the characters and you can create a new one directly.)
Otherwise, of course, is still the way to support. This is not so fast, but usually much faster than 7 days.
I know, I tried already. After you put your character to deletion, you still can't create one. I think it worked in the past but not anymore. All my characters are on the same server, which might be the same for many players. This is probably the case for many players, having their account full of alts for doing stuff like events and more, and I'm sure that support will be overwhelmed, not only with this specific request but lots of other requests and bugs, when the patch hits. I don't really want to find out after the patch hits, and take the decision after.

If I have it beforehand yes. I could do it for 6.5 and I hope I can do it again. I don't have it yet though. Usually as soon as I get the final version I post it.

Well tbh the patch notes should be given when u announce we get a new patch in two weeks so we kinda know what we will deal with here and not assume hundreds of things from streams of KR and how 7.0 was there. Thats my.opinion

Yes and no. Most of the work is usually done but yes usually there are still some verifications to be made and final adjustments eventually.

It is hard to believe that the decision to change the slots of the characters may change. You can easily check this with those responsible for installing the update.
We wont be able to get a fix today and will then perform the special maintenance tomorrow. We can’t give you yet a specific time as it will depend when the patch is ready.

Patch is pretty much google translate from aionpowerbook anyways... and for 7.0 there are 3 less language to worry about.

You didn't get ignored on stream, he literally replied to your question like twice. He basically said that in test server a lot of stuff is different from live. We keep the kinah box. Also idk why people think that's part of the "kinah DROP" event....that event is only related to kinah that drops in instances, nothing more.
I don't think he assumed luna box is related to kinah drop. It's just an in game rumor, as many others. Luna box came months later after kinah drop. That much the in game plebs could research. But it was still a valid question to ask because GF has to apply these changes on top and they might not be fully prepared by the time 7.0 arrives.
