    Since the other thread had a confusing title regarding the version, I think it's best to open a new one regarding the next major update.


    The 2 Weeks only Atreia server has opened and NC published a PN for it. I made a fast translation available here. If you pin point any error or have any additionnal info, please tell me so I can correct it. Powerbook has a translation of the patch.

    Nice change? There will be new gear prolly with unlimited enchanting xD and if i remember right, the new gear also have 6 manastone slots(?)

    i mean they like to recycle same stuff xD , also KebabVaderYami new gear if u fail after u break the limit , the item is gone :))) so well...


    from what i see they make pvp ultimat gear more accessible to everyone.....and add some better gear for the hardcore p2w people...

    which is not a bad change...in my eyes...as for the rest of patch

    And even breakable, it doesnt held back the people getting +20 weapon :D

    After quick read:

    -so lakrum/dumaha become cross server regions like katalam : they acknowledge (or do all thing to) that server population is decreasing so to maintain activity, cross server

    -so return to unlimited enchantment and gear break upon enchantment fail ==> return to 5.x state


    To remember that 6.x was the renewal of the game coze they seems having acknowledged that 5.x was a mess....

    When every other gaming company realized that people just want to go back to a simpler time when the said game was at it's peak, when people enjoyed it the most, what does NCSoft do? Over complicate a game that's on the decline.


    Bad decisions.

    If Aion released a non-p2w 2.7-4.* server, I would actually care. This does not make me want to play Aion again, it just makes me stay away.

    What else? Maybe 3 Tiers of stigma enchanment(like ancient/legendary/ulti equipment), bcs +15 isnt enought, or upgradeable transformation to +15? It is getting more ridiculuos. I'm just leave it here

    Do you think that old equipment can be upgraded to this new one (T2+15 --- idk T3?+0?) or maybe it's better to keep stones for new equipment now because current equipment will be rubbish.
