You never get your money back, All you can do is: don´t give Gameforge any more money from now on, never, under no circumstances, nowhere.

Yow, Been waiting for 3 hours and still nothing. I cannot get in the server. Akimino is my user. I've wrote like 3 tickets in support and still nothing.

So it is confirmed by a GF mod on discord:
GF is actively playing around with blacklisting random IP masks which results in ALOT of players are now banned from connecting to the authorization server and cannot play anymore.
It seems like they are happy as long as some people can log in = less complaints, while others are shafted and ditched. The mod also mentioned that if you are one of those people you have to contact support (which = 2-3 days on waiting for a reply).
The handling of this couldn't be more disgusting and disrespectful towards actual paying customers.

Talk about a service we pay for, you better come up with a fix with all the lags that happened lately, and better come up with more than 3 days sub that we cannot use anyway due to the poor service you provide Gameforge...
You are going to lose tons of customers at this rate...
