The Veteran rewards have been reworked and the new version will be implemented on Wednesday next week. Please make sure to assign all items that you didn’t take out yet until that date. When the new system comes live, the rewards will be reset and you will be able to assign the new ones.
Note: items in the vault will not get deleted.

or wait, now I am confused... Logically everything from allocatable rewards should be replaced by new items and items in elite rewards and exclusive rewards should stay.
Veteran rewards is only that.
Exclusive rewards & elite rewards are somethin' else totally different, even if it's on the same page in the shop.

As already announced(if I'm not wrong), an Ultimate Transformation won't even be in the Elite Rewards ... 
I still not 100% how this works what about all the gp players have used will that still be there the same amount of days, its just that vet rewards will be allowed to be taken by 8 chars in the account and then when reset happens you take on the other 4 chars if you of cause got 12 chars in one account.
Or are you going to have to buy each month to get the vet rewards again with GP if so what happens to the GP that's on accounts atm as really I think the amount I got aion will be die before I run out.
They just changed the rewards from veteran rewards, it happened few times (apes was replaced with leg ench bundles etc).

No, it only means the rewards will change (like it has already be done by the past when apes where exchanged with legendary enchant stones)
I don't know if we will be able to give the new rewards to our old chars (who already had them) or not, but the system theorycally will be the same as now, just with different rewards. No need to use no gold pack.

the elite rewards and the hero trials does not change order for me but the veteran rewards are changing order all the time when you take an item from there. idk why everything is coded differently. the only solution for me is to open it in a real browser... open the list thing in a new window and use your browser search bar.

probably not for existing characters. my chars got some decent rewards from before locking everything before level 30 veteran... something that new players can't get anymore. so i expect something similar to happen... removing some more of the decent rewards from level 30 to 80 and replacing them with junk that we see in every current event... or old items that we don't need anymore or it's easy to get in the game. they replaced things with ancient and leg potions and more junk like that in the past... so that is what i expect.
but the rewards were one time so it should not affect me. for new chars i got only the enchants and the little luna every half a year with the reset... everything else it's useless. hopefully they didn't remove that either. they said there was a team of volunteer testers and they still had to change more hings based on their feedback. funny... there was no announcement for that on the forum and it's first time i hear about volunteer testers for veteran rewards. i guess it's some close group that doesn't criticize much... but then you read that they changed more things based on their feedback... then something is wrong with them. some ppl dream of ulti trans every half a year... i think if there are some it will be green or yellow at best.
It's funny that after some years of running this game GF needs feedback from volunteer testers for veteran rewards. There are tons of pages of community feedback and suggestions (that obviously goes wasted).

I wouldn´t be surprised if they lay their hands on the enchantment stones and replace them by something else. Or make them untradable.

I would not be surprised if all veterans we have reached are set to "zero" on Wednesday, so that they all have to be bought again.
