you just crafted two factions yourself in your example: the one in those two legions (dominating) and the one not (dominated).
so people quitting because they can not competite and/or gear up as fast as other players of the same faction is such a great gain over people quitting due to faction imbalance indeed.
in that case you could also remove legions and share everything. like a happy poney rainbow land.

That does not change the fact that 240ppl being able to buy a coupon is still better than 50ppl being able to. Shrinking legion size will just leave more people without any hope of ever getting those coupons.
About the afk event , what is the problem ? It is a safe way to give people legendary form , red and purple stones and slot stones / fragments if u play the game , it is up to you , no luck involved.
And as bonus u get to afk ur alt characters also for the fragments and red stones that can be used on crafted gear btw .
If it was go farm 10000 mobs for 1 red stone would of been better ? No! U just play the game usual routine and u get rewarded.

You're atk speed capped on both of them (well on Sita if you use candy) + speed capped on both of them, you don't really have a reason to complain, would understand if you had bollvig or veille or so
with grendal yes, capped, but not the one i choose ofc.
I also play with sita on sin...
The motion is 53 instead of 50 if you don't use candy, which isn't that much, at least for me (i have 40~60 ping).

Best event would be a suitable transformation for my class. So we need to wait another year to get one until most casher got a kaisinel or we wait 2-3 more years to get a kaisinel from the wrong ones.

My guts tell me when elite rewards reset you get choosable leg form. So better prepare GPs for it xD But its just my feeling and exp

It's about who is getting them and less important the number of players. A lot of players from those 240 already have gear +15, and what they do with the rest of the enchantment stones is selling them already +15 noble splen gear (thanks to mookies they are getting) on broker. In the same time the rest of the faction struggles with both gear and enchantment stone. It could be 240 or 50 I don't care but it's once again another mechanics the rich get richer. Don't we have enough of those mechanics?

The rewards itself are good compared with what we had before but the implementation of the event, or how they chose to do it, not so much.

everyone from same faction should be able to buy things from the special npc, weekly quest should stay accessible to the legion owning the altar.
realistically speaking, the npc would be useless for non-geared people without the weeklies:P it's kind of a paradox, can't get geared w/o enchantment stones, can't get enchantment stones w/o gear.
Why would it be useless you ask? cos from my personal experience, lowly geared you don't get enough stellium just from sieges to buy the coupons.
