Awesome, but i guess we dont get it 
its again a RUSSIAN ONLY thing ...NA has 6.5 and there is NO NPC ... so i am sure EU wont get them sadly ...
I wait now Years for this skin: Garment of the Heavenly Lion (The Opposite Skin we already got 1000 Times at Shugo Tomb ...)
btw there is also a nice Pole we never got
but NEVER 1 TIME the Heavenly one ... Galeas Please put this skin finnaly in Events / Shop for 1 week or so. KR has it NA has it now even RU has it ... only EU has it not
since i saw it after 4.0 when Korea made those 2 skins avaiable for all players i was waiting and waiting but over the yeary my Hope subsided and now RU got this awesome NPC ... 
We are getting the same Npc as there is in Russia saw it in Vashiros sneak peak

I think he's talking about box you can craft with the letters Cherry Blossom Parrty (he wrote Set), if he's talking about the contract you can buy for 100 glittering items then yes it's random.

The maintenance last night didn't supposed to change the time in game ? is me or u failed to do so ?

Galeas woud it be possible when u want enter luna...and u have cooldown to ask u if u want spend luna to reenter? just a popup window....i wasted 59 luna 3x time so far cuse i clicked to fast without noticing i had cooldown and i lost my luna basicaly for nothing...it sucks a lot..
Just a confirmation window would be needed is that ok? ty

Any GM can help us ? one key missing in Nara, it's bugged, my teammate took them but it didn't show in inventory...

Because Luna is a different system and it resets when weekly quests reset which is on a wednesday morning at 9am, doesn't matter whether there is a scheduled maintenance or not.
