During the account creation, you sometimes have the following error : "An error has occurred, please contact support."
To solve this problem, you'll need :
- to create a support account here with the same e-mail address as the one used to create your Aion account.
- if you have the games menu, choose Aion, then the Aion.uk community (or the one corresponding to your language) and finally the domain Game. If not, just choose the domain "Game".
- once done, choose the object Email activation problem
The support will answer you between a few hours and a few days, depending on the day and hour you send it and the numbers of tickets they already have.
