    If someone can't login they can't play as you know very well.


    Right now all our effort is focused on getting those people as fast as possible in the game. When it is done, we can think about what they missed out and what we can do for that.

    You can't do anything for that. You can't compensate the lost ranks in siege. Any high ranker (top 15+) who got his acc bugged must wait 3 weeks now for the next hp reset to regain his position. And those 2-4 legendary stones from siege rewards they mean nothing for vet players.

    By the all meanings they can reduce HP gained during the bug to 0 so it won't be the case that some ppl lose their rank due to the bug.

    But they would need to care to do anything like that

    ppl who cant log in game. we are lossing no only Hp from sieges , we are missing the drop event world too.... not all me chara have minion s,and this is the chance to win and nothing cant log in

    It has been 3 days now and ppl who can not enter are waiting for a decent information except telling us you are trying to fix a bug issue .. If you could do a decent migration double check of every detail we would not be having such a problem at the moment . Main accounts can not log in game and the alt accounts that we are adding can log in at the same mail account.. Instead of trying to make advertisements and trying to give any information about classic ( sorry guys who are waiting for classic) first of all please try to find a solution to retail players logging in game .. We already lost our ranks and can't do anything about events .. You are not even ensuring us when we will be able to log in .. Some issues and fixes are not proper answers ... We who are not entering game from stream will be able to log in?.. The stream players will be suffering more as your explanations so they will be suffering more than us as i assume .. So could you please give more info ? How will you be sorting all ? You are not making any announcements of a new maintainence not to have more problems i guess ? How will u compansate what we have been loosing till now ?

    All the information that could be given has been given I'm afraid. There is nothing more to say that we are working on a fix as soon as possible, which is the case. Whenever it is fixed, there will be information about it. As for any issues we can't tell you how long it will take. We usually look for a fix, try it, and if it wroks then we will tell you. And if it doesn't, we have to try something else. Predicting how long it will take is not really possible in that case. All I can say is that we are working on that continuously since Wednesday and we will until we have a fix.

    Does this mean you are trying to fix but you also have no clue what to do ? And whinthis ofcourse you have no idea when we will be able to log in ... What if you can not find a solution in a short time ? Why we do have to suffer all this ?

    My aion was working, but today I can't go to character selection. I was running verifying files, but I stopped. How to undo just stopped verifying? In old launcher I could stop it and normally run aion...

    My action: Since now, I will no longer join the live streams. Once U said that Hero Trials R added to the game permanently, what wasn't true.

    Hero trials were parmanent indeed as in it was not a temporary event. niow the whole system is removed becaus eof the migration but that's another topic. We never said it would stay there forever we said it was a permanent feature as opposed ot events that are here for a short duration.


    Regarding you other questions I don't have additionnal information. if I do it will be announced.
