For a paid service should be 24/7 support. Hell they have a page stating the server is offline so they should have had an alert. My company has monitors and within 15 minutes someone is called out to check on issues to resolve...
I suspect we'll be down for hours and hours and no comp, nothing.

Never seen a system error 20 before. That sounds nasty. Imagine the server database is corrupted and there is no backup of any kind

I just tried logging into Taha...got in insta lol...SO..it's just an invisi que on main server..NOT GEOBLOCKING lol ..yes i have toon on main server since day 1, and sub for Siel's Energy
