He was very polite but it was the Spanish support as he is Spanish and they didn't want to hear anything about it.

Last thing he did before logging out is 5 runs of the nightmare run to get skins. So the only thing they could see is that he did that run 5 times.

But again. The Spanish support not giving him any info and don't want to answer anything. Dunno if it's cos there is only one support person for the whole Spanish language and he is overwhelmed with work or they just don't care... Who knows. But the outcome is no further coms and that's that.

Anyway. Done with gameforge. Pitty cos we have been waiting for 10 years to play aion together again and remember our good old rifting times.

Nahh. They said case closed, no proof needed and will not reply to any further Communications... As you said. Jury and executor style.

I totally understand the human factor. A lot of people that bot will say they don't... It's the whole thing about not wanting to even acknowledge they might have made a mistake and actually bring some proof forward that baffles me.

My friend actually closed the game and went for work and when he got back he got the msg so not even kicked whilst playing...

Gameforge has lost 2 players (him and me cos I refuse to play any more)

I hope things like this are more regulated in the future..

If that won't resolve the situation the only [potential] solution would be going to court, and - as far my knowledge go - there was a case like that in the past (where player got unjustly banned and went to court and won after like 5 years and got unbanned)

Will try the legal department. It sucks as he does not cheat and I am going to end up lleaving just cos I mostly play this game to play aion with him

Trolls, please stay away from this one.

Any1 know what is the process to make an official complaint? Friend of mine (for real, not me) has been banned for 'ilegal' software but there is no proof, no discussion, no nothing. Just a 'ilegal 3rd party is not allowed'. He has tried with the Spanish support team(he doesn't speak english) but they keep saying the same thing (nothing can be done, blah blah blah).

I know people using 3rd party software are bad and all that, and he is the 1st one to agree to kick them all out, but he is not ! There must be a way to request the proof somehow ? Email support are just saying nothing can be done !!! Or is this guilty and you can not prove your innocence kinda company ?

Exactly! You lvl up, you kill a high lvl mob (a hundred more like it) and finally one has a drop ... and that drop is lvl 25 that sells for 7k on the npc

This one should be a 'bug'.

I understanding nerfing drops (I don't agree with it, but it's not my game so up to them) but changing the loot table so you get stuff you shouldn't get ? That is breaking the whole way the game was designed

I know classic is not really old aion and all that jazz but ... Why are lvl 45-50 mobs still dropping lvl 20 manastones and lvl 25 gear ? Is this a bug or 'intended' ?

I mean, you lvl up in the world so you can kill bigger and better things and then you get drops that are the same as the lvl 10 mobs you started with and can make no kinah out of it...
