The structure of the shop categories has been reorganized a bit
Why?
My kids had no idea how to find those free scrolls... and now they are at school holiday trip... so they gonna miss those scrolls!
I found those scrolls only thanks to fellow players at forum, otherwise I had missed those too...
Is this normal to "hide" free things that way?

Summer event:
thank you for deleting warranty exchange shogu right after bunny hunt, so that you had no time to exchange them when server maintenance came!
Really nice move: my kids lost 80 warranties, I 50...
Every event item must have at least 1 week time frame to exchange!
Not like today: in the morning you can hunt bunnies and in the afternoon it's all turned into useless crap!
Look i usualy invest time in general in game and in events that worth it for me to progress and i invested time in this one also and i was and am disapointed that i was forced to exchange my crystals 1 week before by the event info.
Maybe kids dont care or do not understand some things having all the time in the world to not care about these errors but i don't i have unlimited time to waste there are also other important things to do and i could of invested half my free time in game or maybe others double for this event if i knew what to expect.
I am a client here having subscription payd for years ahead so i think we all have the right to demand when we are missinformed some explenations eventualy fixing of the bugs and ofc compensation when it is the case for that.
I do not ask for free things here , i am asking to be treated right.

Is it worth to fuse with ulti genesis polearm?
2-nd ulti genesis weapon for fusion is out of reach for very long time...
any other suggestion for fast fusion material is also welcomed
Summer event *****d most players really hard:
1) at first, no NPC to check exact rewards - only rumors!
2) wrong info and forced 6:1 change of ice!
3) now, when we have all the info we need - it's too little time to gather ice, although
everyone is hunting rabbits like a rabid dogs!
4) after getting correct information, price of ice rose from 75k t0 390k!
So not much to do anymore...
Those who had right information got huge pile of ulti stones very easily...
and most players got only scraps...

Although I visited this forum yesterday, I had no information about unlimited ulti stones or that it's possible to convert ice cubes at 3:1 ratio after 2.10.
... and the situation of 2 opposite mega-legions sharing altars is not game design flaw or events like Mookie Needles 
What makes community toxic - it's the game design right now.
For example: HT 160 mob kill quest... one side (80) counted nicely but the other side did not and server reset just wiped that unfinished quest...
some group members got job done and others not...
how should those unlucky ones feel - just smile and ty?
Or Mookie Needle event - one big source of frustration.
Or not to mention current situation of 2 legions sharing Dumaha map and smaller ones have nothing do to there...
all You wrote is true... but OW action is still most enjoyable part of the game for me.
What other parts of the game can can be fun - please tell me and fellow players!
OW action is all what keeps Aion alive!
If that's gonna fade, then this game is toasted...
(Cross-server AFK, siege slide show or 2 opposite fraction legions co-operation is not the reason to stick with that game for sure!)
Those summer, autumn and HT events are all in right track - to bring players from constant AFK back to maps
I get in the alliance for the quest go afk play something else or watch youtube and look at the quest after an hour and then go to the other place its not that you have to actively stand there and do it there are always some active people
Of course - let's AFK everywhere!
Just be an ***hole and use other players - how smart move!
This morning we had amazing group and managed to kill those 60 mobs pretty fast,
but counter takes a lot of time to catch up...
and, as usual, HT window looks so ugly and messy... it literally hurts my eyes...

You just have to live with those ***holes and harass them together with your friends as hard as you can - there are no other solutions...
