Sirkka Indeed, the Authorization server issues happened already and these were the instructions I had then. Since it was the same error message I thought we would need to do the same. Sorry for the confusion there

Change the language of your game, launch it, then change back the language and re-launch, that should do the trick
Well that helped but now I'm back to Disconnect message, have been getting it for 2 days no matter how many times I try to get in. Since it's so silent here now i guess 99% of players are fine? Should I make a ticket or still wait?
it is silent here bcz players already tired up from writing posts that no one from administration wont read or they pretend like they care, but in reality all that they can do is to ask you for patience also theres no sense to rise a ticket in support bcz they reply from copy paste 1 sentence by circle to be more patient, thats all

I am not sure Support can help with the recent issues people still experience trying to log into the game. We changed a few things last night and it is already a lot better. Have you tried logging in today? If it still doesn't work, you might have to try a few times.
Don't hesitate to open a ticket if you need anything related to rules or issues ingame and as it was mentioned, you need to create a new account there.
im trying to enter the game 30 times in 1 attempt which takes me around 1 hour to get in, are you blind or you don`t really get whats going on here? if you did some "changes" and it is "better" already im gonna ask you, do you really see nothing on forum and the people who facing login issues after your "changes"?

Now I can't even access the game after clicking the play button on the launcher.
I tried repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling, and even restarting the computer but with no results.
you`ll need to create a support ticked and w8 at least 2 days for response thats sad but this is the way how they working on with community
