It's sometimes hard to enter the game
This post describes the errors and their solutions, it helped me a lot with the pin.

Display MoreFor the game not loading or being stuck at 81%
It helped to give Aion and the launcher a higher priority. I set both to high instead of normal.
Region problems
It helped to log out of the launcher and close it. After open the launcher and log in again.
PIN offset due to resolution
Remove the file system.cfg in the installation folder. It gets recreated on starting the game.
Might no help others, but it worked for me.
