As you sayed this problem is already very old, it started to happen at the beginning of the original aion already and at some time to me aswell. From my experience and what i have readed back then it´s a problem with the aion servers having issues connecting to some routes from your provider or your connection or something like that. This will usually fix itself sooner or later and i think it may be an aftereffect of the DDoS attack the aion servers had.
Sometimes i fixed it with a router reboot but mostly it happens due to some server/ISP/provider problems which can occur from both sides, the aion servers or your provider and in this case you can just wait or contact your provider. It´s more or less like disruption providers have in some areas, lasting sometimes a day, sometimes a few days.
Yes but the real problem is: if some guy like me or you , wich has 0 competence in fixing problem like this , beacuse i'm a phamacist and I literally don't undestand anything about game tecnical issue, can find something to temporarily work around the problem i'm asking what the technical support is doing? What the community manager is doing? They dind't even made an official post taliking about this problem. I just recived an e-mail from support that my problem should be fixed, guess what? it's not.

if you log in another internet provider or in other home with diferente IP you can play.

There is a discord message saying Atreia is full and to play on Tahbata, to encourage that, Gameforge should offer a free migration service from Atreia to Tahbata, I would gladly move but I already have over 30 levels in game play invested in my Atreia character.
the most ridiculous thing is that these people (gameforge) do not learn from the mistakes of the past!
