Obviously the event was tested green and the bug appeared/was found out after. That's why it was announced in the maintenance information yesterday. Not 1 week ago btw.
ok man but systematically its like 8 months that we get bugged contents on the events , so the things are 2 : your staff is not making any test. Your programmers are unable to apply the changes into the playing servers. Maybe make a test server and use it to see if something is bugged or not, its impossible to go on like this
but wich are the reward of this WONDERFULL event? someone know?

i wonder why that delay?Why not give people something to read in the mean time while waiting?or too scared of the reaction on the drops?
Scared of what exactly? It's not like the rewards are hidden everyone will seeit when they can enter. I prefer waiting to be sure we will have the fix before advertising the event. As simple as that.
so according to your statements ,you shouldnt announce an event that seems to be bugged before testing it 1 week before
