i vote for the opposite. make shop items not giftable and all not tradable/sellable. this would also solve the scamming aspect.

Is there a way we can get, so to say, nicer items in the shop? I find myself wanting to spend money, but the current availability keeps me from doing so. No more bathing suits please, or any fish looking costumes ... Thank you!

Well, I simply want to play, as this is an inconvenient situation for the whole community. Not even going to mention the game time I payed really. I know of games who died for much less to be honest.
