I do not understand, there are 300 employees on LinkedIn and obviously, they have assistance directly from NC Soft. Is this really so difficult to fix these little issues?

You might have to hire someone from Pirate Servers. Seriously! They're launching the game with a team of 3-5 members and it WORKS!
Moreover, they're dealing with DDOS attack way more efficiently.
