Guys, maybe i'm wrong, but the REAL THING killing this game RIGHT NOW is bots, RMT and cheaters.
I know one guy who spent like 300kk+ kinah on boosting his character, and he didn't ever farm kinah.
cmon, just look at this sh1t, you can find it on official aion Discord, WTF?
I can ezly find 4-5 TELEPORTING bots for 5 minutes, every evening in brusthonin. Teleporting is just enough to permaban somebody.
I met like 4-5 guys in discipline arena with animation hacks, also met one guy even with a speedhack.
Ye-ye, i know, you don't wanna ban somebody perma, because you would lose accounts and online, and lose money.
But you would lose it a way faster and more in numbers, if you wouldn't ban them!
I know like 10-15 guys ingame that left already, because of this unfair stuff. You are cheating&botting, or you are just a food for unfair players.
Bots are kinda hard and slow to levelup, just ban them at 40-50 ranges, and you will see - they would disappear as an ugly factor (not completely, but 99% of them).
Also: PROHIBIT chat in /3 LFG for levels lower then 30. You don't need LFG before Fire Temple, all of this content is solo now, and you can up restriction from 5 lvl to 30.
It would make a way more difficult to sell gold in LFG channel, of course if you ban ppl who are advertising goldselling here.

Bots are not a problem at all. I remember first week or two everyone was begging for them. Everything was sooooo overpriced. You cant imagine how expensive would be pots/scrolls.
Instead of crying about bots, can someone actually say WHA TO DO? Can you find a solution? Come on. No MMORPG in the world knows how to deal with bots yet so maybe you are smart enough and you tell us.
An active GameMaster banning them? - ok double the price of Siel aura. Not a solution.
And stupid kids saying "I can do it for free" , well this is not how it works. You are completely naive and lost.

I just literally wrote you a first steps how to deal it, they doesnt cost anything.
1) UP LFG accessto chat to 30 lvl, to make difficult goldselling spam
2) make 1 evening 15 minute run in brusthonin and like this. Stop this 3-days ban shit (thats too soft for rude rules violation like this), give em perma bans for teleportation hacks, this is just unaproppriate and absurd stuff. They already have ingame GM, it should start working! Thats a job for 1 guy. Thats not so fast to levelup bot train.
3) AP selling have to be punished not with this 3 days, also. Not sure about perma-ban, but month would be okay.
4) create an auto-rule banning spam in chat some dog pirate site, selling kinah. They are not so much, and now we all know the address.
All of this thing would upgrade our game significally, and wouldnt cost a penny.
About everything expensive: bruh, you didn't even realise how economics in mmorpg should work, right? It would be expensive for everyone, i mean, fair play. Right now 100kk bakarma is expensive for me, and not expensive for bot farmer, do you got the point? Economics should be the same for everyone, unfair game is no-go here.
I was playing at start, and this was nice. Everything was valuable, farming and grinding was like a searching for treasures, as it should be!
I have re-read theme. The fact you protect bots with such passion, makes me having a bad thoughts about you. Its kinda absurd to say that bots (bots=hacks, also bots+hacks) is ok, but you keep saying it. Maybe you better find a normal job, not ruin the hobbies of other ppl?
