GF doesn't g.a.f about bots and cheaters, they are didn't banned RMT sellers that spam in game chat.
At elyos lab i see how archer (43 level) using speed hack and "no skill delay" killed packs of mobs in solo JUST IN SECONDS. He passed mobs at high speed and they are dont even triggered on him.
Lucky, i send ticket yesterday and still have no anwer. Also still can't create ingame account.
I just login into launcher when my VPN (private, not like VPN as service) is on and can't create igame account now but only for Aion classic, lol, and still can create for Aion (main).
Unreally strange security petterns))
Today i'm login into launcher using my gmail account, and try to create ingame account, but get an error 'An error has occourred'. I read this forum and find out that VPN is restricted, so i have no idea my account is locked/banned/supended or some kind of? I write to support, but still no answer. 
But at this moment i can create Aion (main) account
