I wholeheartedly support this suggestion.
My guild and I are currently playing on NA servers, but we'd immediately return to EU if a returner event were to happen now.
We're actively avoiding EU logins to maintain our returner status, just in case.
I'm sure we're not the only ones in this situation, so Drestam , could you please pass this feedback on to Syd? A returner event would likely lead to a surge in new Siel subscriptions, as many players would be eager to return to the EU servers.

No pal, I'd say it's a new chance rather than a reward.
To be clear, I do not expect the bonus to be instant and free. I'd happily play through a greatly rewarding daeva pass and spend quna/pay for shop bundles if that can bring me up to speed with the average player.
The quitting and coming back is how the game has been able to stay alive until now imo. I think very few players have stayed loyal since Classic has opened. It is mostly waves.

A word to regulars disagreeing with the above - I think that you can cope with any temporary annoying returnees with boosted gear. if such players stick around and increase the playerbase over the long term, they will make a better game for all.

Hi Drestam , I am just bumping this suggestion up, as it is relevant again with the upcoming 3.7 update.
Please can you relay the message that we want a powerful new/returnee bonus? For quite a few nostalgia players this is the only hope left to get back into this game. The Discord Chat is demoralizing and the overall sentiment is that of a game that is looming to its end. With a strong bonus we would have a reason to come back into the game.
Plenty of time until the patch lands to get this sorted. Please speak to active players/streamers/content creators and gather some more opinions, I am sure they will all agree.

Hi, I am interested in coming back after a break. Can you try helping with the below:
- I will be playing with a friend so always a group of 2+ (Chanter and Ranger)
- I will unavoidably spend real cash to speed up progression whenever needed
- I am looking for the least zergy opponent faction, but also plenty of opponents to find out and about in open world areas
I am posting this on the forums so I beg you please no troll answers or middle-school humour, we already have a Discord full of that.

Hi, just looked at the recent NA announcement of their 3.0 update part 2 landing on 10th September.
Any plans for us in EU to receive both part 1 and 2 of the 3.0 update at the same time?
3.0 part 2 brings massive game improvements such as the long awaited "manastone Enchanting failures no longer destroy equipped manastones" and much more.
