Aion updateds takes away more than brings. When 4.0 comes we have only Sanctum and Pande.

That problem not about your pc components or your internet.
I have 1gbps up/down bandwith and i cant join to sieges because when 20+ opposite faction ppl close to me, im getting disconnected. We need better server.

If you use dps meter close and launch game but dont select server. Run dps meter while server selection screen. I solved my problem like this.
