So is using a ping reducer still bannable? Because with a new server that literally the ENTIRE world wants to play... it would be ridiculous to ban everyone who's trying to optimize their connection to the server. I understand they got DDOS'd but implementing this to block accounts from signing in, doesn't prevent a DDOS. They would have to block the entire world at that point.
Is " The game is currently unavailable to you. Please contact Support. " The atypical you got banned message?
Display MoreOkay, I replied to Support ticket (they one they proposed to follow the copy-pasted solution) and told them it didn't work. Then I also provided them with my IP.
After a few hours they replied back that they have forwarded it to the Technical Team and to wait for the issue to be resolved.
I open the game just to check and now I CAN access it again and the error is gone. So, if anyone has this issue, open a ticket to Support and wait for their response. Unless they provide a general solution.
Good luck to everyone else is all I can say.
Was your issue the " The game is currently unavailable to you. Please contact Support." or Unauthorized connection?
