    So your options to play your class are:

    1- Stay level 20/30/40 for weeks or months, do your x runs per week, log off and don't play again until next reset in a week

    I don't remember entry limit on old retail btw, some people farmed for hours and hours until they almost passed out aka physically possible and sold loot like a machine, spawned Fort Instances where ap gain limit/cap was a stop only if there was one (?) on pve ap. :) Or was there a limit before GF taking over and restriction patches? Entry scrolls are newer thing and this whole system to force players pay even more.

    The feedback regarding Kinahs overall (Drops + Sickness + Cost of items) have been forwarded.

    Economy is broken, crafters need buyers and themselves need kinah to spare time via outsourcing gathering to gatherer types (who aethertap and essentap in their free time as a "living") Pots, scrolls, food etc.. these are consumable and needs to be restocked by crafters, but if no one can buy then what? + Since drops are nerfed other route is crafting wep/acc/armor but proc is a panful and costly, you need SEVERAL TRIES = kinah burn...

    I somehow doubt that, there are better games than Aion and its a job for you - supporting games. Honestly I don't think you care to play and grind in your free time... Guess final phase starts for Aion EU with this too.

    Exactly this.

    Quick cash grabs makes less profit than the "long score". Quick is the big profit with a short period of time and Long is balanced profit with a long period of time. Long one has more profit over time. Every "stage" (stage: year) of working game with a "Long" model makes it better against this Quick.

    Aion is over its lifespan already, they are in positives (it has paid back its "development" (??? lulz) cost, everything now is just an extra to them. + Mobile garbage/ gacha / slot machine games >>>> AAA titles.

    This disbelief stage is "entertaining". I wrote in Classic topic NC is Boss and developer and they want $$$ while GF is middleman and so they want their $ too.

    No; Hero trials, Elite and Veteran systems will be gone forever. Only the items already there in manage bonuses will stay (until you assign there)

    Any replacement systems in planning already? You're effectively nuking the only source of many items (e.g. Fragments for Lumiel's / Vaizel's / Triniel's / Yustiel's Apostle Contracts, Luna that isn't overpriced to the moon and back) via those changes, game will be almost impossible to progress.

    That seems to be a goal here to be honest, killing retail and forcing players to go to Classic/Other GF games maybe? Dunno, I just know GP will be almost useles and we only get silence. Are they shutting down Live soon? NC I mean, so GF doesn't have to bother? Many questions, (un)certain future.

    1. Release end of Q1 2023
    2. Client will be 2.0 version, but the content past lvl50 will be temporarily locked
    3. No goldpack, we will have siel aura (called siel energy) and battle pass
    4. TBD about prices, server amount, servers for specific nations etc
    5. Audio will be korean only
    6. It will be separated account, you won't be able to use your retail aion coins there
    7. No plans for name reservation or early access server
    8. There might be custom adjustments to generic stuff like drop etc
    9. They will just about any streamer even if they have no views as long they will apply via hero platform they didn't linked
    10. They're checking with NCSoft if they can make candies untradable

    Aion is not worth a sub in 2023, no hard feelings - I paid sub back then but it was a young game and it was active, relatively balanced and it was fun.

    The decline came later due to the lack of content in 2.x. When 2.0 first released it had massive success

    2.0 had flaws - like getting locked out of SC by the dominant faction so they gained huge advantages. - Similar to how legions monopolized Upper Reshanta Instances pre-2.0.

    Balancing a 2 faction systems is a nightmare, having 3 -
    (for Aion - player controlled balaur + asmo/ely siege ships so you would be forced to stretch thin vs decisions and their consequences) -
    or more should be the way in a true open world MMO. Would they band together and overthrow the king? YES, but they would start a power struggle in an instant against each-other = a continuously changing dynamic. It would introduce the dimension of (alliance) politics into a game.

    Well I can think of a thing: with some classes farming was dogsh*t, like Templar. Many of us are older now and personally I wouldn't grind elites -xp- and Bruthosnin quests/Reshanta guards hours and hours while competing with other veterans (yea we know the drill and shortcuts by now but so do they) on Templar kekw. This latter would be a mess esp for weaker faction and the toxic giant zergling swarms. Pvp was epic yes, but not all roses, there were thorns too.

    I think it will be exact same or very similar as USA Classic IMO, same Siel Aura etc... so its not GP - guess it will be restricted so you cant farm/craft to play?

    If NcKor wants p2w in their game then Gameforge cant stop it. Why do you guys act Gameforge has a say in this and they want profit and must GF needs to deliver the continuous $$$ part to Nc for the license. I don't start on GF owners and shareholders part..

    They abolished the borders between the classes with transforms, existing synergies like dps/heal/tank/support were ruined etc... Many of my comrades used to have crafting businesses - alchemy/cooking or gathered mats like myself to sell it on broker - aether/minerals.


    I draw lines around here: Tiamaranta/Sarpan era (gearing, arena and map pvp cons: all that instance pve with crazy boring mechanics started to appear, NEUTRAL ZONE mechanic was a mess aka Kahruns Will) and before that (PVP in abyss/rifting cons: forts were abused thought, getting locked out from SC etc..) was decent, after that things went downhill.

    I can only think of profits taking a huge dive on Retail EU, so they need a "new" income source. So imagine the possible p2w shop on Classic EU, lol... :)

    Hererim mine entries nerfed, Cube Laboratory entries nerfed, Senekta entries nerfed, Stella entries nerfed, Hidden Minionite entries nerfed, ToC entries nerfed, Beninerk entries nerfed, Ara entries nerfed, Beshmundir entries nerfed, Gelk/Inggi Raid changed from PvP/PvE to PvE only, 3 fortresses in Gelk/Inggi inbetween 25 minutes, Kamar Battlefield , Runatorium, Illumiel, Raging Valley, Neviwind, Ashuntal, Coop, Golden Crucible all deleted and replaced by 2 (two!) arenas instead for 1 (one!) hour at maintime, but low level crap like Fire Temple entries and Talocs entries buffed? Lmao, what a joke Gameforge.......

    We didn't change anything, the changes are from the developer's side, NC in that case. Nothing we can do about it.

    Battle pass, u have some quests to do, but some rewards are available only if u buy it.

    Now I understand the Holy Water stuff and some other changes (like old glory level farm nerfed down, like Lakrum/Duma/Kata - it will be meaningless soon I guess, more than now). It shines a different light on all the "nerf" in 8.2 lmao.

    Like some of the previous HT rewards , because i love to waste time farming for weeks and have the rewards deleted for no good reason if i forget them in shop/inventory unused.

    It's not new map issue, it happens on any map.. Don't think there will be ever a fix.

    Anyway sometimes it works removing transformation and putting transformation again, but most of the times need to relog yeah.

    never had this happen before 8.0 and its only ever happened in the new map for me and my friend. but thanks will try the transform thing.
