In simple terms what should I do? Because I'm Italian, I don't understand English perfectly, what do you recommend? in the meantime to get to 75 I think then I will think about pvp ... but you know maybe there was some trick to increase the strength of your character with some object or potion that I see that Aion is full of them. .
Gearing up in Aion is not very straight forward. The are many "systems" which you have to max out to be competitive in PvP.
Explaining everyone seems pointless at this point. I will just mention them. I advice you to research them on youtube if you want to go into the detail. Ofc you can ask on the forums too.
I advice you to do the following things a a newcomer.
1. Level up to Lv 80 by doing dark blue and Yellow quests.
2. Get the first (weakest) Ultimate-PvE gear
- You can buy the armor pieces at the main town of gelk/ingg (Are you playing Asmo or Elyos?)
- You can buy the accessories in Katalam (Entrance per rift from main town in gelk/ingg)
--To buy from these vendors you need to get fame points and signias of experience

---You get the signias by using the combat experience extractor on the exp you have farmed by playing (https://aionpowerbook.com/powerbook/Item/188922000/)
----Buy the extractor at any general dealer in any main town
---- Farm Exp by doing Luna, Uda Temple (Instance), activating the bot fuction and (weekly/Daily) quests
---- Farm Kinah by doing as many PvE instances as you can and sell the gear you can get there
--- Increase your fame level by completing quests on the map adressed by the gear vendors. (Check out the rewards for the quest. Its like a brown exp reward)
That would be the first complex step. Getting a foothold in AIon as a new player is very hard. So feel free to ask questions.
3. Step Increase your fame level on every map as much as possible. This gives you the option to buy items you need to improve further.
To buy this items you need again insignias of exp. If you manage to get your first (real) gear you will get the concept. Do as many PvE instances as possible to farm kinah and eventually get better PvE gear
4. Step Complete the daily and weekly lugbug quests to get transformation contracts.
5. Join a guild and don't forget about the "Aion present" in the Shop!
To be comeptitive in PvP you need to work on the following progression systems:
- transformation Contract
- transformation contract collection
- Enchanted stigmas
- daevanion skills
- cubic cubes
- S-Shimiol
- PvP Gear ( Myriani post)
- PvP Gear Enchanting
- PvE Gear
- PvE Gear Enchanting
- runes
- odians
- manastones
- emblem

broker, shugo vending machine in ingisson, sometimes you get them from events.
You can get temporary mounts from gold sand shop (gold shugo icon near minimap), Box: Cheery and Dusky 7 days mount is like 2 gold ingots
What exactly should I buy in the gold sand shop? Like a horse isn't there?

you got 3 Orbs in your Quest Cube.
They are named. So one of the 3 is called Anoramas Essence.
When you arrive at the Orchard (its an underground complex with a big [really big] frozen tree in the middle, you use the Anoramas Essence, then the other and then the last.So exactly right where the tree is. In my inventory I have other "Essence" I can't find "Anoramas" Where should I look for it?

In practice, killing the boss and the spheres accumulates about 4 levels of boss experience, after about how long do I get to 80? And are the weapons and skills I see in hell unlockable in game? Are there any major maps or villages where there are people online ahead? Just to understand the dynamics.
