yup, the same thing, only differenceis that boss like Tarukan, has more Evasion than Magic Resist so maybe thats why ur friends saw a little bit more difference, so maybe they just resisted a little bit less than previous times

u can always go gelkmaros or inggison map and farm mobs for PvE/PvP gear, once u get this gear u can move on either one that is sligthy better Lakrum PvP or u can go straight for late game one that is still Intense battle (2nd best PvP gear), +15 stigmas/+15 daevanion skills maybe gonna change a little bit the pvp but not so much if u have some starting pvp gear on yourself and since Lakrum/Dumaha are server-wide maps u can always recruit ppl and get some help from any server
