It's for real. A beast of an event. Too bad I didn't know how good it was and it started in the 10 days I didn't play Aion. Still managed to get the egg to level 5 a few days ago.

The thing about dumaha and katalam is that I nearly don't go there. Katalam only gives equipment equal to lakrum and ingisson, have that already, not sure if you can get any more interesting from there. In Dumaha the ancient bosses give better equipment, however they are mostly dead. Not sure what time they spawn. In fact, don't know when the sieges take place, I believe it's 2:00 a.m. where I live (Nicaragua). And the world bosses, haven´t seen one in a while. Only in lakrum, they appear and die like in 30 seconds.

You are right. When I spoke with the shugo in the dock, I didn't transform into robot and went by foot in beast mode with 6 monsters attacking at the same time. Will try again, thanks.

It's going to take a while to reach level 8 (3 months probably), but will get there. Will save the books from now on. In the meantime, saving kinah to get the gold pack, figuring a way to not get discriminated with the "gear check" and do ara infernalia for the first time. Still dying in prometun (normal) and in stella laboratory (easy), the goal is to do prometun (hard).

Also, the stormwing event, what a nice reward (stigma enchantment stones, particularly, since those are hard to get).

Until today I knew that I could fusion the daevanion skills book. And I was throwing them for 2.5 months if they were repeated jajaja

Sorry for the noob question, but I saw daevanion essence was on discount. Since I have no intention of paying a single dollar, how can I get those ingame? Also, what are the special materials and how to get those? (see attached image) If someone can help, that would be helpful.

And to comment about the steel rake event, I have to say that the monsters there are hard to kill, could not even plant the first bomb. Perhaps I can get the solaris or lunaris weapons in other life.

A mí me pasó exactamente eso.

Primero, no me enteré que iba a haber un evento tan bueno, hasta hace una semana que volví a jugar. Luego no sabía cómo conseguir el huevo, lo supe 3 días después. Ni idea de los premios. Tampoco sabía dónde podía canjear el premio, ni cómo. Dentro del juego fui tocando personaje por personaje para darme cuenta. Entonces en los siguientes 4 días logré llevar el huevo al nivel 3, dándome cuenta que el evento iba a terminar el 29. Esto lo leí de casualidad en el foro. No lo abrí en nivel 1 y 2, pues pensé que el huevo iba a desaparecer.

Concuerdo en que cuando haya un nuevo evento se debería de avisar en el foro y además dar una explicación en el juego. Un cuadrito iluminado y parpadeando, que dé una explicación, para que gente se dé cuenta.

Edit: Pero contento porque conseguí mi primer y hasta ahora único contrato legendario.

About the stormwing event, I have to say that I am quite happy with my legendary contract. I received it with the egg at level 3, don't know if it was a mistake, but I'm happy. (see attachment)

In fact, the whole thing about the 7.5 and how the Aion team tried to close the gap between paying/veterans and free/new members (like me) is just good. Since I started playing 2 months ago, there have been opportunities to:

- Get the stigmas
- Get the minion class A
- Get daevanion skills

- Get some (stigma) enchantment stones

- Get legendary contract
- Get decent equipment

I didn't have any of that and was hopeless about getting them in the near future, but now I have. The next goal is the gold pack, it's been hard to collect the kinah, those experience extractors are expensive. Before, I got killed with 1-3 shots (20 times a day), now I die with 3-7 (10 times a day), getting better. Any pro tip? That would be much appreciated.

As a new player I have to say that the 7.5 looks like a change for the better and I like it. Particularly, I like that instance where 3 vs 3 can fight using the same gear.

Now, about the event, I had to wait 3 weeks to get my unicorn but totally worth it. That thing looks really nice.

There is one thing, tho. I have to admit that I really HATE (in caps, to make a focus) the fact that after level 10, and to reach level 15, the enchantment resets to level 10 every time you fail the enchantment. In fact, I got so mad that I lost all 115 enchantment stones that I accumulated during a month and still not being able to reach level 15 with one item. It was a requirement to reach level 15 to upgrade it, sold the item in anger. I was about to uninstall the game and quit playing, but after calming down (2 weeks without playing) here I am again.

Regarding the last events, sun weapons and race, I have to say that as a free and new player I'm not doing the first one and the race does not have good-enough rewards, not doing that either. I get killed like 20 times a day (in a good day), by the way. In fact, someone even bullied me for not having gold pack after this person asked for free gear, I was going to give it, but was not able to trade.

Just a though: I've made up my mind that probably I'm never going to compete with people who use money. Normally the difference in such cases is reduced by playing more hours, but againg, that is not the case. There is a cap for everything: 4 entries in instances, for buying in the gold shop, for luna, red katalam. For some reason I could enter the cube laboratory 7 times this week XD But still, there should be a mechanism with which people could somehow compete in more or less equal terms.

The sun unicorn looks good, tho.
