Galeas Please tell us what is the actual reward from the bugged quest, stop hiding things from players that are part of the event back and forth just like you did with the Solid Ice exchange rate in the ice hammers event, we are not idiots.

NCsoft sends what Gameforge requests, it's up to Gameforge to test if there's any bug after it is implemented in both live and test servers.
Not always as easy as you say, Gameforge are mainly publishers unless they decide to do public test servers bugs will get through.
NCSoft's job is to test patches before release, they can change code really fast Gameforge can not.
When they do get through like this there should be an emergency maintenance even if it means releasing the event a week later.

I keep on believing that Galeas is doing his job, but we all know that the lead of actions is taken by others behind the scenes.
I too believe Galeas is doing good, it's not his fault when NCSoft keeps sending us unbalanced untested rubbish.
The Koreans know how to make good games but it hasn't happened in Aion yet which wouldn't take a lot to be great again.
