In aion classic there is kinah seller spamming in LFG but every time I want to block him message says "that person is offline". Chat filter is of no use. I attached picture of chat window. Anyone have any idea or advice?

It would be nice if map in classic have drawing tool like Aion so we players can mark some things that are important to us.
