    even the spam goes offtopic. i never had to call for a sm for help but that is because i found out early on about the second return button /escape even when you got bugged. it's also a button somewhere in actions and a 1 hour cooldown.

    or if you landed somewhere where you can get out but return is on cd... today you can swipe for candies and buy all the towns teleports because walking a lot in classic is going to be a thing. i wish i was that rich in the past to afford teleports and flying teleports all the time.

    So it looks like you don't know that this feature didn't exist for Patch 1.0 back then.

    true. this is why it's on offtopic section. mostly to learn and discuss about their mistakes they did over there... in case (if) it comes to eu.


    i wish i could play some classic if it comes to eu. the game can be fun to some extend. but hopefully it does not come in this form... 15 for a sub and 30 for a p2w battle pass that you have to get and some shop to p2w more. that is more than you can pay for a few subscription games and some tv subscriptions services in a month. it's crazy...

    Can we get an update about the current thoughts/progress of a potential classic launch by any chance?

    Since there's no point beating a dead horse, cause we won't make any progress without updates from Gameforge (thus the conversation will steer in the spam direction) let's do something better.


    What do you want to NEVER see in Battlepass/Cashshop in Classic Aion?


    I'll begin with... basically, I don't want any form of Cash shop to begin with but...


    1. No Enchantment stones
    2. No Manastones
    3. No Loot crates of any shape or form that can give you kinah/stigmas/manastones/enchants etc. etc.
    4. No Mounts
    5. No Reset scrolls (it really is insane how much of an advantage it can give, I rather see more entries to instances)
    6. Nothing that you can sell to a vendor and make money
    7. No Medals
    8. No AP
    9. No Gear of any kind shape or form unless it's cosmetic
    10. No Mail passes (ones that u can transfer gear with)
    11. No Boosts (AP boosts, exp is ok, idc)
    12. No Stigmas/Stigma shards
    13. I would even be ok with the complete removal of candies from the game. They add nothing of value and it forces you to use one because it's that good. Wouldn't it be better off with no candies in game?
      No Titles that are as strong as in game ones
    14. No Potions/ but if they have to add, none that are as strong as crafted end game ones
    15. No Coins, the max level coin should be Silver coins. Gold coins give you too OP weapons and can be exploited since they're tradable.
    16. No wings that are not strictly just skins.

    That's all I can think of for now, I haven't played this game since 4.* keep in mind (played it briefly when there transformations were a thing)


    Also one big fundamental change that I want to see, maybe not everyone will agree, but a complete reset of rankings needs to be done every 3-5 months. Someone hoarding #1 Governor spot while new players will never be able to catch up makes no sense, it keeps the game dried up and old. Resetting rankings will make it fresh and incentivize people to play more.

    They have to decide, if the game will be f2p there can be a cash shop, and they'll probably repeat the same mistakes, same history.


    If they add a monthly fee, I feel 15$/player is enough. Even a battle-pass is pushing it.


    Their choice in the end, do they want something successful or something that will die fast.

    SOLO is buy to play, so they can do monthly fee as well. I don't see your logic.

    You never played back in the days i guess.

    No one want to be governor, because you lose so much AP everytime you get killed, and the ranking is AP based. + Everyone will see you as a giant AP cow and General quest cow for their gold GS and you will get dived into towns and guards by ppl with 4k dp on xD

    People became governor to buy their elite 50 ap weapon then insta drop to soldier rank 9 the moment they can make the purchase.

    I hate stupid people.
