NEW VETERAN REWARDS

    Take advantage of the renewed Veteran Rewards

    Starting from the 7th of April you can look forward to the renewed Veteran Rewards. The old rewards will be completely replaced to ensure some variety!

    But don’t worry, you will obviously not lose the rewards you have collected until now. Just make sure to assign them, if you have not done that so far. Even after the changes up to 8 characters can still get the new rewards. This also applies to characters which already got the rewards in the past.

    REMINDER: The elite level items and exclusive items in the allocation menu will not disappear. However, all the current veteran rewards in the allocation menu, will disappear tomorrow when we update the system. As mentioned before, make sure allocate the ones you want to use by then.

    Unfortunately, the update is taking more time than anticipated. The system is processing the changes and new rewards are being added. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to speed up the process. Due to the enormous amount of items and accounts involved, it will most probably take a few more days. We will let you know about the progress and will confirm when it is completely done.

    We're happy to announce that the processing for all rewards has now been completed and everyone is up to date. Many of you have already noticed that not everyone has the same amount of available rewards, and this has created some confusion.


    In order to clarify the situation, this can be due to the following reasons:

    -Players have a different veteran level.

    -Some players have additional rewards from the old Ncsoft System (including different levels of completion there from 1 to 30).

    -Some have the pre order items from back when they bought the game.


    We can assure you that all your rewards are correct and any differences in the numbers would have been created due to one, or more, of the above reasons.
