Galeas in one of the Daeva taverns you promised content with less RNG. Where is this content? So we get random rewards as silver stars, golden stars, omg even dye ... I am sorry which version do you think we play? 1.2 or may be 2.8 - versions where leveling up costs months and we desperately need more exp? Versions in which to level up with 1 level take month or more? No, sorry. Now to get max level takes you lets say 24h playing. Dyes? Lets me think how this improve my gear and helps me ingame? No it does not. Useless item that is why it is included in the rng. When will you stop to put this 7 days crap?
And I do not want you think I only criticize. Thank you that the mobs in the hero trials are just 100, not 1000. This is something good considering the fact in same regions have around 20 mobs and they are cross server regions. Thank you for this! One good thing.

Don´t know if it´s just me or RNG, but I haven´t got a single glowing odian fragment or a single mighty rune fragment with 2 accounts farming parallel and non-stop for the last 8 hours........

They probably decreased the chances as you now get 10 at once instead of 1.

The status of the Pet changes from Hungry to Slightly Full and then to Full (or smthing like that) and gives the reward on the third step. As already said u need around 90-110 to get the reward. Once it is full it has 2h cd to be fed again.

May be in last moment the transformation contacts have been replaced with this sunset crystals. I guess you and AION team considered this crystals as more important, better rewards, something that we desperately want and need.

Is there anyone else who took a break from game after Hero trial and had the 1st part of fox transformation scroll removed from the inventory in january ?
Ive sent out 2nd part of scroll in january after i've returned but support says it was the "reactivated" scrolls after they got removed etc. So now i have 1 scroll out of the 2 that needed for the Fox transform lol.
Question is anyone were able to make sense with support and get the scroll that got removed from inventory in january?

Like some of the previous HT rewards , because i love to waste time farming for weeks and have the rewards deleted for no good reason if i forget them in shop/inventory unused.

Where are those "very, very demanded shugos" you could win in the solorius contest, Galeas ? I didn't get mine. 
I just recieved the bag and the lanyard and a not really aion-related mouse pad. Not the promised shugo. You told in the twitch stream those shugos are in the office. Are they there because you forgot to send them to the winners? I definitly won't participate in any further contest. So many hours of work and money to do a nice entry and didn't even got what was offered as a price. Very dissapointing.
