yeah, you are right, probably they should shut down HT and don't make them again.
It is so easy to get e.g. the halloween transformation bundle from the rng pumpkin bundle, so no need to give them to us via HT. Especially if you need 4 for collection.

If only gameforge could like... add them to any other events given by the korea, which... surprise surprise - works flawlessly when it comes to counting mobs kills etc.
But nah, let's praise the Gameforge for using their invalid [still, after i belive over 3 years of development] system to give rewards which should be available for everyone. What can go wrong.

You do realize we don't get all the events from korea, but just the one choosen by gameforge as fine, right?
Most of the rewards are distributed via totally normal events in korea, and it's gameforge who decided to not launch them in EU, but instead to give the sameish rewards via their own, invalid system.
What you're saying is pretty much same as expecting us to be happy with just about anything gameforge does because they publish the game in EU and otherwise we wouldn't be able to play it.
From 65% fail we are now at 70% fail, nice event...next time make it 75%.

So, about the Halloween raids...
Since bosses are spawning at 14:00 and 20:00 for Asmos, at the same hour than Altars when Dumaha is open. Basically Asmos have to chose, while Elyos can do both without any problem since their bosses spawn at different hours.
Nice.
The guy in charge of planning events is clearly playing Elyos, at least now we know it.
Delete this event please, would be better.
Not to mention regular siege time schedule.
I'm skipping this one, already lots to do with pumpkin.

the rates are lower and some people didn't have enough time to gather stigma stones. It's half promo half event. I have 2 stigmas at +9 and the rest at +15. Managed to get 45 and they all failed . Again, 70% fail isn't an event rate.

Not every active players has full improved stigmas, you do realise its RNG, some people can make 6 stigma from +9 to +15 by "only" 50 stigma ench while some wastes tons more on one or two and reaching only +12 or not even that.
Plus dont forget not everyone has billions of kinah from broken event for buying gold ingots then stigma ench stones on army of alts.
We have 0 decent source for enough stigma enchant stones , just because you and people you may know had luck with stigma event doesnt mean everyone did.

RNG is rng, no matter if you talk about enchanting stigma or fusing forms or opening rng boxes.
You're assuming that everyone has something only because you and ppl you play with/against have that too and make it sound like ppl who don't have that are doing something wrong.
That's not very different from me assuming, that everyone already got the divine protection skill from the last time this event was around, so there's no need for bringing the npc back- afterall all my friends and just about everyone i met on arena got this skill too. You could buy the enchantment stones or even the weapon box back then (the event was fairly long iirc), same as you're saying all active players could bough improved stigmas already.

you cant brute force something thats rng the +15 stigmas you actually need are very rarely to never in the broker and if they are they are extremely expensive to the extent that its a waste of kinah
