    this is not meant to be a flame but seriously, do you just put random prices and throw stuff into the shop? cause I dont see any common sense in placing 1 enchant for 20€ when ingame its about 10kk... that just makes no sense, just like all the rng random gambling NON rewarding boxes , why do you keep putting stuff nobody is willing to buy rather than things people really wish and ask for ?

    Because there are people buying this stuff, no matter how insane that might seem.

    Aslong as its bought it will be put in the shop.

    I dont understand why they put bundles with different stuff in the shop that noone will buy except a few people than stuff that people are rly interested in.

    I still struggle to understand why people keep spamming that they un-satisfied with the changes they make to the shop.They have stated before that they plan the shop ''changes'' in advance just like the events.And as HISTORY has proven they have never listened to the feedback provided especially for the shop.Why you guys still waste your breath beyond my limits of understanding.If u had checked all forum,on shop section same complains and same responses from the company.

    To conclude, just do with what you can have, that all, and as long as rng boxes work well ( they always spawn in prefered items pretty fast), they will not stop.

    Well, they would actually get more "money before the closing" if they were adding some of the suggestions we put here ; so no, this is just pure nonsense from them, moreover when it mostly is about skins (something non-gamechanging).

    Hahahahahah did u just give as example the climate change?Hahahahah That made me laugh.On side note,i would like you to go watch the previous Ask Aion when Nic was the Center of them,when they were asked why the nerfed the OLD ALCHEMY event,or why they make it more p2w,is because they need to feed mouths pay salaries(laughable) like aion is their only profit,but if u watch the first Ask Aion you realize their mindset.U can complain thats up to you,no problem on that,just understand that your breath is wasted.From the moment they took over the SAME COMPLAINTS has been said from players never changed.Hey on bright side,people actually some are doin changes for climate change cause actually we can change it for our world.

    There is no plan whatsoever to shutdown the game. I've been hearing that for the last six years: like it would close, that the game is dead soon and here we are 6 years later.

    Well history as proven that this statement is as wrong as a statement can be. I listed not so long ago more than 15 things that were added based on feedback. Here we go again (not even the full list):


    -morphing recipes addition + changes afterwards

    -shugo bots changes (3 times)

    -event with ancient contracts (rusty coin in January)

    -increasing ench stone supply both for leg and ulti with world drops

    -more valuable free to play events= letter event that just ends now, rusty coins event. The next Get ready event.

    -Not selling kaisiniel transformations in the shop

    -Adding legendary enchantment stones as a fix item (yes I know all of you think it's very very expensive but it's the first time it can still change and improve)

    -adding more skins (you might not have realized but we added a lot of skins with promotions, initially the 6.0 shop didnt' even plan to have more than the permanent ones (and we will add more for sure).

    -luna changes

    etc...etc...etc...


    Saying we never listen to any feedback is just plain wrong, blind hating and dishonest. Many many things happened based on feedback ove the last 6 months. You have every right to criticize it or dislike it but saying nothing is done is simply wrong. And of course I'm not saying the situation is perfect, there are still improvements needed but we are listening to the feedback that's just a fact. You need to consider that listening to the feedback doesn't mean simply taking all the suggestions from players and applying them all. Some are applied and some are not.

    True , you guys took some good feedback from players and did things and in the past month the gameplay feels much better but look at the shop, just take a look at the shop and you see that the things people ask for are just put in RNG boxes not even being the star of the bundle , just in the shadow of an enchantment stone or evolution item.

    I think the shop is something that needs refresh at least monthly ( not talking about offers ) and both GF and we will be pleased.

    Galeas you are right. I play Aion since release 10 years ago and I have to admit I wasn´t shure if Gameforge does a good job but you guys are doing very much for us players to improve our expirience ingame and you are also listening to our feedback. Thumbs up! :-)


    Don´t listen to them those are just people that can´t get enough.
    You reach out with the little finger but they wanna take the whole hand.....


    Just a question from my side is there a possibility to bring back the Veille Weapon skins back into the shop I am waiting for 2 years now Q.Q, and maybe do you have information about the whole loot table from the new Event that´s starting today?

    All rusty coin gave us are normal transformation contracts. We only ever had the chance to fuse an ancient contract out of these. If I remember correctly, the only (not cash shop related) event thus far where we actually got a choosable ancient transformation was the Sakura Blossom event.     The problem here is that only the minority of the playerbase wants to grind like a bot. Lakrum is still quite empty if you take the player numbers into account. Only people who can spare a lot of time profit from this "event" in the first place since there are several other obligations (like PvE- and PvP-dungeons or siege-content), which people are forced to do if they want to keep up due to the "market" being extremely starved when it comes to core items. It's not like your playerbase mostly consists of pupils and students - I'd say the majority of the playerbase consists of old farts that have a job and maybe a family.

    This is quite relative, isn't it? I could be cynical now and tell you that the rewards are all rather cheap - especially if you compare the current events with stuff like the first "fire temple/alchemy event" during early 4.x. It's also heavily RNG reliant - which people hate with a passion since every single part of the game is dominated by annoying RNG elements. Of which "get ready events" are you talking by the way? Haven't seen any thus far besides the first flower bouquet event.

Of course you're not selling Kaisinel Transformations directly in the shop - you do however sell other transformation contracts (you know... it's the designated goal of the game to fuse several contracts into Kaisinel and you already brought legendary contracts into the shop or shop-related events (indirectly selling stuff is more profitable in general after all; there's a reason why lootboxes are the monetization method every major publisher loves) and also Kaisinel potions.

    People don't want cosmetics in promotions as part of an overpriced bundle or as RNG-reward from some event. They want to be able to buy them directly off the shop - which actually should be one of the main monetization means of the shop in the first place. Yet there weren't any new costumes in the shop during the - let me lie... - last two or three months? That's baffling. People are basically telling you that they want to spend money in the game on stuff that's not P2W-related and thus doesn't expose you to P2W-discussions and the anger of the community, yet you rather bring some shitty RNG/P2W-lootboxes the majority of the playerbase hates with a passion and doesn't want to see in the shop. Why can't we have new costumes and cosmetics every week like we used to?

    Yeah but they don‘t listen to community requests concerning the shop not the game, which is the point of the last comments.


    And yes, they shouldn‘t listen to people who can‘t get enough so you won‘t get your Veille Skin :S
