I've read on the NA Forum that you're able to drop the white loot in instances and loot with your main. Although that's pretty clear, I don't know where I could drop that lvl 30 white gear tbh. I ran Fire Temple with an alt, but I only dropped the lvl 40 gear there, which is a different skin.
