Worth it to download Aion again

    Congratulations. You made a great example why it is not helpful to a discussion if u only quote a few words or a sentence out of context. You couldn't follow me at all and u answered with things i did not talk about.

    Your opinion about the game doesn't matter when in a matter of fact the game does not receive new content anymore. It is not worth to start playing a game that does not have a future. Thats what this questions are mainly about.
    I wrote about that in my previous post already. So quoting a complete post might have helped your understanding. I am not interested in defining the word "opinion" wtf.....

    I didn't twist the statement as you might be able to read. You stated that people don't want to spare time for "testing games". This wasn't about gearing up for three months in the first place (so no point in exaggerating), so people who don't wish to spend time but only rely on someone's personal opinion probably won't be happy playing an MMORPG and the result won't necessarily differ either.

    I only played FF out of these. In fact I told Raizel about it and he stated it takes too long etc. So he probably wouldn't recommend it while I may have a different opinion. However, I didn't continue playing it either, so the fact that others love it has no impact on me playing it or not in the end. Certainly you can argue that a vast majority will still have similar opinions, but there're already quite a bunch of different types of players in MMOs.


    If you want to even reach the endgame levelwise it'll take you 1-2 months of regular playing - the same point in Aion requires about 1-2 days at most if you're slow.


    To sum it up we are just people who have different opinions and there're reasons up for discussion. Let's refrain from fortune-telling.

    Personally i agree with you.People have some different opinion, but when I see some people saying "ThE GaMe Is NoT P2w" or said "ThE PaTcH BeFoRe 6.x WaS P2W BuT PaTch AfTeR 6.x ArE NoT P2W" or something else like this it's hard not to react to this kind of comment, i can't even put this in the opinion box.

    To give you an idea when I hear this , i compare to people who think "the earth is flat".

    I never been toxic unless I got toxicity directed towards me, also toxicity of some people towards game and everything that moves is unecessary as well but well generations change some are good some are terrible. We just look forward and hope for the best to come :)

    People always crying with "the game is dead omg ;(" while still playing it 12h per day, and then, when someone asks if it's interesting to come on the game, their anwser is no.

    I think you should just play what you enjoy with. Some people like some don't, you can't know until you try, like many things! ^ - ^

    because we are like beaten dogs, we get abused, but we can't help it, we are addicted to this game and can't find another one to replace it. And greedy upper management of ncsoft/gameforge use that against us implementing more and more rng, casino, p2w mechanics slowly, but surely driving away the community or what's left of it.

    I am enjoying the gameplay of aion, but oh boy I am getting more and more upset, by constant RNG in every single thing.

    Player base - we want less RNG and more rewarding gameplay

    Developers - we value your feedback and want to provide you with sense of pride and accomplishment by bringing .... RNG

    I would say no but why?

    As new player i wouldn't have free enchantent stones from VR each 6 months not to mention you need buy plenty GP to activate another GP for elite rounds...


    I wasn't lucky and dont have ult or many lege forms but still it does give buff from collection better than nothing


    improved skills, stigmas, S minions? its madness!


    So if you would offer me this game without this staff i got just NO!

    You can play a game but still not recommend it. I don't see how that is illogical.

    If you can be objective and put yourself in the shoes of the guy asking, knowing what you know, would you start playing again from 0 with no form no cubes no S-minions no improved stigmas and daevanions, no VR... I wouldn't.

    And these past few months, gameforge didn't really make anything to listen to the playerbase and make the game less random (even the opposite), so I don't see why we should help promote their game by lying to the people who might be interested in it.

    I hate stupid people.

    I believe the answer here is you can only download it and check the game out it is only you that will decide if you like it then you carry on playing if you don't you stop.


    There are good and bad points about how Aion has become.


    Is it p2w I would say yes

    Is end game skills hard to deal with I say yes for returning players and new players.

    do you mind being killed at end game over and over until you can try and get skills and gear.

    do you mind it being hard to find groups and waiting until you do get a group.

    could GF do a lot more well yes they could.


    there is more but its long to list.


    saying all that I returned to EU after years of stopping playing so yes I had vet accounts which made things easier most of my chars were lvl 55 when I left playing so everything I had was indeed no good at all.


    Do I enjoy playing well the reason I started back playing was due to lockdown it gave me something to do. have I got any were I got to say yes little by little, I am getting betters geared and my skills are to, but no where where I need to be, do I get killed all the time sorry to say yes.


    But do I have fun yes I do, I meet some really great people, do I rage yes I do, do I think I should never have started playing again yes I do, but I still play maybe due to the people I have meet.


    So its down to the person not what anyone else says you can ask is it worth it to download, only you will know that after you have tried.

    Can you make a list like these and put a price next to it ?


    -Collections of all types to be at a 'good' level

    -full cubes (except the pve instances)

    -full improved +15 stigmas

    -2 sets of pvp gear at least ready to use

    -2 weapons pvp

    - accesories

    -all the passive skills of gear and weapons

    -Odians - 2 glowing 10+

    -Runes - 3 major 10+

    -Glyphs

    -some start abt the Extreme Gear and stones

    -minions S,

    -at least one ulti transformation

    -kinahs

    -stones

    -Deavanions +15 all


    How much would these account cost ?

    I don't think its right trying to put a price against items or accounts, a great deal of work has gone into players accounts.

    Lets not go against the tos...how much would cost to me to get there?

    happy to give you wrong because they feel smarter like that.Try to listen these time not just read!

    I think there is truly an answer to my question in time/cost so for a normal player How much euro he needs to spend

    ('wisely') in proportion of a time given (like 3-6-12 months with 3h play/day)

    Don't need excuses take a scenario and give me an answer if you can,I want numbers based on your knowledge
