Makarna Fences FIX

  • Just posting this here for people who have issues with jumping over the fences in Makarna and don't want to use the Printscreen button all the time. It's an alternative fix by capping your fps to a certain self set amount.

  • interesting and thanks for the idea. however i think it's about speed. with 60% speed transfo i can mostly jump w/o any issues. however with 30-40% speed i struggle like you

it's always been an FPS issue, if you have more than 30 you struggle to jump it. Also same with jumping on boxes in various parts of the game.

  • I don't think you need a 3rd party program to do the fps cap. Modifying the system cfg file and capping the fps there should be the same, but since modifying client files is forbidden then i'm not sure if this 3rd party software will be allowed also.

    Galeas ?

It's definitely a bug fix and a qol improvement, but we might get banned for modifying client files/using 3rd party software which is so stupid ;(

why wouldnt it be allowed? its part of msi afterburner and you dont have any advantage from it

  • Well actually in this case, you gain some advantage by using that. It depends wether we can call this fence a "bug" or not.

You basically get advantage by pressing PrintScreen :S

But I always have to laugh when community have to figure out the way around the bugs that are not fixed cause devs are lazy.

  • There is an option already in game for 'Fixed FPS' which should help combat this.

Also if you are playing on a gaming laptop, there is an option in the settings to limit power whilst on battery. (This actually affects the game when it's on power too) turning it of, literally doubles my FPS, or pushes it to 120, but having it off, means I can no longer jump the fence or jump on boxes. turning it back on for makarna, makes it easy to jump :P

i jump even with soul sickness or without form.idk. personally me , didnt noticed such problems with speed. for me all the same.

It's about mich much distance you can cover in how many frames. If you have high fps, you need high movement speed. If you have low movement speed, you need to lower your fps.

If u check the Lakrum part of the video it basically proves it comes down to the fps ;)

My gladiator in this video also had the 60% speed boost.
