Hello GM's and players ! Im playing with LIVE version of the game 8months ago, but i have problem to get enter, there is no players to go to Arena of Chaos its the only place to receive Heroic Trophies. Its a very useful item for NEW and OLD players. It would be nice from the GM's if they put an other way to get this item, to the players who never had. I think Arena is DEAD in our game. So plaease do something to US to players.

As someone who participated in this aion live's version arena of chaos since it was introduced, and still participating sometimes (these few times that entry will come), mostly for pvp rather than i need arena trophies at this point, i can tell you many reasons why players dont apply there anymore:
1. Trade kills/cooping/double account exploitation: Sadly there was a ton of ppl that was cooping in there, or log in their double accounts and "farm" them (and still do) and gain 1st place easy. And aion live's high dmg skills combined with the in game "fast-switching gear sets" - aka strip naked the charackter to kill it in 1 sec - made the whole thing a lot easier for them and a lot worse for legit players.
2. Anonymity: ppl that did the above didn't even have to hide behind high level alts of theirs. They usually making fresh lvl 10 charackter from poeta (since that arena allows even 1 lvl to apply there), abuse the game, harvest the coins and store them in account warehouse, then they delete the charackter, then rinse and repeat, to make their tracking/flagging from community impossible. Others on the other hand didn't even care and they were doing it in plain sight from their mains and never got banned.
3. Gameforge support's refusal to punnish players and accounts that was doing all the above, (as usual...) Too much blabla, premade formal placebo answers and 0 actions as always.
4. Rewards list never been updated there. Besides the solaris/lunaris/izar weapons that are very expensive, anything else in the list is nothing special for endgame players. Thats why most people who already farmed these weapons didn't bother to enter there again. And same goes with AP aswell since there are alternative ways (siege/hererim)
5. Imbalance/mechanics/premade stigma set. As ironically as it sounds this arena created to maximize fairness for all players with same stats/gears, but practically it end up becoming the opposite. Invulnerable potions and aoe dmg-stun bombs from boxes could determine the winner. The 3k extra points for someone who kill the first player on list in 3rd round was unnecessarily punishing the person who was "leading" the arena in points. No extends for melee classes. No option for ppl to choose specific secondary stigma preferences. And last as a cosmetic nuisance, non customizable charackter models.
6. No time/too many events/ow drop. Aion live is mindlessly bombarded with events with no plan or time schedule behind it. Therefore people might prefer to spent their gaming time to try farm something else or ow drop, than apply in an... obsolete instance that entry is uncertain if come or not.
7. Generally no updates for aion live. As you see, aion live has become like a bad splinter in gameforge's thumb that they are unable to perma remove, so they can focus classic only. So tbh don't expect any solution anytime soon. Aion live atm is the cat in the box. It is alive and dead at same time. Arena of chaos was a good idea, that executed in the worst possible way, from the worst possible ppl.
