can't log in and my account is invalid

I have just created a new account to get in the forum.
Last Friday I logged into the game but my name was gone and was replaced with numbers and letters.
I alway play with a friend and her name was normal.
We decided to play anyway but couldn't form a group.
We did some quests and all of a sudden I got sucked into a green space and couldn't do anything. Then I shut down the game and started it again. No luck logging into the game since then "Account Data Invalid". Is my account gone? I can't even log onto the site to get some support. With my new account (this one) I created a support account and even when I wan't to log in for support my account data is invalid.
What the PEEP is going on??
