Account restriction for 4700 days, all of a sudden?

    hey, did anyone else experience this?

    I played normally 2 days ago, yesterday I tried to log and I'm met with a message saying I'm restricted for over 4000 days... o.o

    As far as I'm aware, I was never particularly toxic or harassed anyone. As a matter of fact I had to report someone harassing me in private.


    I don't use 3rd party softwares or anything like that, no VPN either. I don't understand..


    I contacted support but still no answer. I'm out of options.


    I want to add, I received NO COMMUNICATION, email or other, whatsoever of this.


    As a matter of fact I never received anything before, never a single day of ban or warning or anything..

    Ok understood ty. Can realistically someone be banned for 10 years and what would warrant something like this?

    The 4000 Days are just a number, i was 4000+ days banned too but if not use 3rd party programms or botting, scaming, cheating they unban you 100%, if you to this they not unban you

    Thinks like buy Kinah or insult people is not a reason for perma ban
