Same. Didn't login for 2 months, i checked in the settings tab before and its not there.

Think they made a mistake just. Both packs are there but cost money and are not free as intended.

If you already send it to one of your character or if you've been logged in during the last 28 days, you won't be able to have it. -
I don't log since months
